Performance Abstract
XSTS-A model hoisting machine is a novel hoisting equipment for bearing
rings.This equipment automatically pushes the rings stored in the storage
tank into the receiving hopper,then arranges and hoists the rings to
the feeding mouthpiece.The feeding mouthpiece continuously sends the
rings via the batch bin to the machine tool for processing.
------ lF there are scarce rings in the receiving hopper,the storage
tank will feed automatically£®
------ lf there are surplus rings in the receiving hopper,the storage
tank will stop feeding.
------IF there are surplus rings in the storage tank£¬the hoisting feeding
belt wilI stop to guard against overflowing of rings£®
------The feeding belt with frequency conversion is tunable.
------With overload protection of the free wheeling clutch.
