Performance Abstract
The machine tool adopts the feeding method of belt pulley wheel clamping. The power is transferred by the variable frequency motor.
As a result, the adjustment in the upward and downward diameter directions and the adjustment of left and right thickness direction can be made manually and through the locking mechanism. The accessories of the feeding support are also provided so as to realize automatic feeding once the accessories are interlinked with the hoisting machine.
The speed of the grinding wheel heads can be adjusted with the frequency converter
The grinding head feeding can be performed manually or hydraulically inched.
The horizontal and vertical adjustment of the wheel head adopts the three-point fix. The value can be read directly from the indicator. An oscillating-arm trimmer is applied. It is controlled by the straight line cylinder and can be divided into two processes of fine and coarse trimming.
