1、Performance

The machine tool has a V axle house and plastic coated track on the both grinding wheel heads. As for the feeding mechanism, it adopts the two-speed AC motor to enhance the rigidity and the feeding stability of the machine tool. MY7650J, MY7660J series double end surface grinding machines are the improved design of M775B1.

    • The speed of the grinding wheel heads can be adjusted with the frequency converter.
    • Featuring strong rigidity, high accuracy, stable feeding and easy operation it is an ideal machine for batch production of work pieces with double grinding surfaces such as rollers and internal and external races of mini bearing as well as other work pieces requiring parallel end grinding.
    • The way of feeding work pieces to charging device varies in terms of different diameters of the parts. Customized charging devices could be ordered against client needs. With corresponding charging device it is available to grind end planes of work pieces such as roller pins, tapered &long cylindrical rollers and mini bearing rings as well as connecting rods and other parts requiring processing of two surfaces.

    11、Machining Precision

    The machining precision of two end surfaces of cylindrical rollers and kingpins is up to ClassⅡ of the national standard GB4661-(89).
